I have been working with Forefront Fitness as for approximately a year and a half. The trainers taught me an enormous amount not only about nutrition and fitness, but also encouraged me to gain the mental strength to change my health and lifestyle. The trainers live their lives by the values they encourage in their clients. When I first started work with Forefront Fitness I was incredibly unfit and lacked motivation, but I knew something needed to change. With the teams help and unwavering support, together, we have achieved results, that I never dreamed possible. I now know about the importance of setting goals, and working hard to achieve them, no matter what. I understand that achieving my goals will come at a price, which will most likely involve a little bit of (ok, a lot of) pain. I also know that, at the end of the day, I am worth the struggle. Forefront Fitness have encouraged, supported, and when necessary, pushed me every step of the way on my journey toward the fit and healthy lifestyle I envisage for myself, a vision they share. I still have a little way to go to reach my goals, but I know with Forefront Fitness trainers, I will reach them. I have had a gym membership for a number of years and used to go sporadically, with the waves of commitment usually being three or four weeks at a time.
